summer training sucks

the only thing that i have realised in the two month summer training is that its a big farce.. i have practically done nothing, but blown up quite a lot of money..

but i guess things are not so bad all around, i mean atleats people enjoy themselves.. dont attend office and all.. sala i am stuck in this god forsaked 5 by 5 cabin.. with 2 others.. the less said the better about the company i am with..

anyways.. the point is that my guide here is a sadist according to me.. i fail to understand what is his problem by us bunking or leaving early in the day.but he just wants us to stay in office till 7.. for the heck of it.. anyway, now just 10 more days to go, so i can look forward to some relief..

and i will be more than willing to share my experiences with ppl about how summers progressed with me and my colleagues.. u bet it is interesting ;)

anyway.. thats it for now.

party besides the sea

a couple of days our final grades came out. had done decently well and best part was that a friend of mine who was struggling passed out with flying colours. so basically was feeling very happy.
anyways. so i got out of office at around 6 and was wondering what to do.. i got a call from my friend saying that they were sitting at bandstand and that i should also come over.
there and then i said yes and decided to celebrate that evening.

so i reached bandstand in an hour and met up. it was decided that vodka should be the flavour of the day. plus we were hungry so we bought sexy chicken rolls(really awsome stuff, all at Rs. 14 hehe)

2 sprites and some vodka and off we went to bandstand to enjoy the drink.
trust me its heaven sitting under the moon with the sound of water hitting rocks as background

anyway so we were all very excited and the drink was pretty strong so soon we were high..

overall nice fun we had.. good way to end the weekend.
i think will have a couple of more such parties.

summers and local trains

these days i am in mumbai.. for my internship.. travel from bandra to churchgate daily. this is how it goes..

mornings are always fine but while returning you get.. well raped.
too many people wanting to get into to little a space. (i was reading the other day. the local caters to 1800 people, but at peak hrs it has almost double the no. of people traveling.) add to that the sweat and smell and u get 1 hell.. trust me its not funny at all.
2 of my friends had extreme experiences. 1 had his shirt torn while trying to get off the train, while the other has his bag torn. gives you some idea.
